'We enjoyed the hot tub, and we always love when breakfast includes waffles which were offered here. The manager (owner?) was very kind. He helped us with our luggage and made sure we were happy with our room before finalizing our check-in. He also kept an eye out for our boat which he allowed us to park on the premises. 'It was perfect and what we were looking for!'

'Adorable little cabin, only regret was not being able to enjoy the lake more. We were in the area for a University Graduation.'

'Nice place. A little older, but neat as a pin and comfortably fit our group of 8. Very large kitchen and MASSIVE deck which gave excellent views of lake. We went over 4th of July and lake was incredibly busy that weekend. They had a fun boat parade across the lake on the 4th. The lake quieted down considerably after the 4th and it was nice. Caught walley off the dock'

'4 very relaxing days. Great location.'

'Had everything you need. In addition to many unexpected luxuries.'

'It was a very nice place. The only thing missing is if you plan on making your own food there was very limited cooking utensils. No mixing bowls, measuring cups or sharp knives only butter knives. So bring those items'

'Absolutely wonderful!'

'Excellent property as advertised. Perfect. '

'The cabin was clean and had a Great Lake view from front deck and inside. The space was clean and adequate for 6 adults and 3 littles.Upstairs bedrooms are not safe for toddlers or young children. The windows (right next to twin beds) have no screens or locks with a 2nd story drop to pavement. We had to change sleeping arrangements due to very unsafe conditions in upstairs bedroom windows!'

'Beautiful place, conveniently located, so clean and comfortable. Thank you!!'

'The bunkhouse was everything we needed. DeSmit was a quaint safe town to visit.'
