'Lovely resort. Staff were very kind and friendly. The bar and restaurant are very well appointed; I think they refurbished it not that long ago. The menu was extensive and the food good quality. Good pools, including a ‘quiet pool’, which is such a great addition. We had a lovely spacious room with sea view. Everything was clean and in good working order, nice bed and linens. 'Prachtige locatie, heerlijke zwembaden, grote accomodaties en hele vriendelijke staff. Zee is helaas te ondiep om in te zwemmen, staat van accomodaties en voorzieningen erg verouderd/geen onderhoud gehad, eten is erg Keniaans, mag meer internationaal georiënteerd aangeboden worden. '

'We stayed five nights with three persons in the Simba Jike villa at the Lawford’s and it was wonderful. The pictures we found online didn’t do the villa justice. You can expect a huge 3 storey villa with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a comfy huge living area and several chill-out lounge spots at the piece. A huge kitchen and fridge.
