'Very nice property, centrally located very professional and courteous staff, would stay there again and recommend. Per my husband, special shout out to John on the omelette station, they met up many mornings and Heather at the bar, he won't say how many times they met up. An added plus are the restaurants and karaoke lounge located just outside the main door of the hotel and the underground parking is very convenient.'

'Estuvo muy mal por que desde las 7 am empezaron a hacer reparaciones en la habitación de la par y fui a quejarme y aun asi siguieron con las labores. Y era demasiada la bulla que hacían y no dejaban descansar. Me parece una falta de respeto al huésped.'

'Muchas naturaleza y una alberca hermosa. Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire ni ventilador lo que las hace muy húmedas. El baño no tiene nada de privacidad y solo lo divide una mampara del resto de la habitación lo cual lo vuelve sumamente incomodo, sin mencionar los olores que eso significa en toda la habitación'

'The property itself is beautiful, The pool was nice the staff was super friendly. If you’re driving a rental I hope it’s 4WD because there was a lot of cars including ours getting stuck going up the hill the hotel was on. Would stay again :)'

'I selected Hacienda Vittoria as the location for my Rest & Recoup Retreat and when I tell you it checked all of the boxes! Each guest was able to have their own rooms with bathrooms, the pool was beautiful, the views were amazing, and the hostess, Pia, was out of this world! She helped coordinate transportation, the private chef, personal rides, recommendations, tours, everything!! Whatever she's getting paid needs to be increased immediately!
