'muy buena atención, la piscina muy limpia al igual que las habitaciones'

'This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. Host was super responsive. Pool is a definite plus. Good-size, super clean, there were lounge chairs but they needed padding, two large tables and chairs for all guests. Overall beautiful pool area. Loved it and used it a lot. And most guests go to the beach so I was often there by myself. Beautiful view from upper and...

'Our host Jason went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay at his place. We had support in getting to use a local pool, with groceries and transportation to our next location to mention a few. If you need local insights and super hospitality then go with Jason. The location is in a quiet local neighbourhood and it feels safe to have kids running around outside. Walking to the beach is possible, but can be a bit hard for little ones up to 4 years old (especially considering the heat). Go to...

'Room was clean, AC was great. Check in and check out process were simple. The place was easy to find. However, we booked this place entirely because of the laundry services, but they were never provided. The host also didn’t reply for over 24 hours. '

'Due to a delayed flight, we had to cancel and didn't actually stay there. But the host was kind and communicative.'

'The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not...

'We had a wonderful stay at this home during our first trip to Costa Rica. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the owner was very communicative and helpful while preparing for our visit.Alexandria and Sonia were exceptional—always kind, welcoming, and discreet while keeping the home spotless. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge convenience, especially with all of the activities our family enjoyed during the week. The living room, foyer,...

'Fantastic house and great host!'

'alles Super.'

'We recently enjoyed a relaxing week in Sámara at Cima del Mar, and it was everything we wanted. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, and offers incredible views of both sunrise and sunset. The rooftop area provides a quiet place to enjoy the shade and breeze, even in the hottest part of the day. The pool is perfect for a quick swim to cool off and enjoy the view. Bring binoculars if you want to try to spot all...

'We stayed at this house with a private pool and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the house was spacious, nicely laid out, and the pool was great. We also really appreciated the flexibility, as we were able to arrive one day earlier on very short notice. The neighbors/caretakers next door were incredibly kind and helpful – always quick to assist and even bringing us fresh mangoes, which was such a lovely gesture. However, the cleanliness could have been better, and the...
