'Nice change of scenery and the manger was wonderful. The cabin was was pefwct for our interests and secluded enough to feel out of the city, yet close enough to go when you wanted. No ac, but not needed because it’s cold up in the mountains at night and the fireplace was used often. I will give some advice to owner however? Do not use vacasa as a broker they were rude and were adding huge fees and costs that were not at all necessary or reasonable. The house was great though, but watch out for...

'Eerste indruk negatief: onvriendelijk onthaal (wat een contrast met al die vriendelijke, vrolijke Ticos die we de voorbije 20 dagen mochten ontmoeten), koude, klamme kamer, geen andere gasten, te duur hotel voor wat het was, dure avondmenu (die we niet probeerden). Na 2 dagen wel enthousiaster, vriendelijke garçon, die overdag tuinman is in het hotel en die na aandringen open haard aanstak voor ons en wat meer vertelde over de historiek van het hotel,mooi interieur, mix van nieuw strak en oud...

'Wat een prachtige locatie; dichtbij het vliegveld en er is geen betere manier om je vakantie in Costa Rica te beginnen of te eindigen. In de hottub uitkijken over het dal van San Jose en daarna eten in het geweldige restaurant. De koffietour met een zeer kundige gids, is zeer aan te raden. En het uitstekende en vriendelijke personeel maken het helemaal af. Hier komen we zeker terug!'
