'Very dirty, gross, and smelly. Will never stay here again. Did not want to stay but my son was tired. Unprofessional staff. Heard them saying the f word multiple times this morning. Never asked if my stay was okay at check out. Almost $200/night for this dump was ridiculous!'

'The property exceeded our expectations! The host answered questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a girls basketball tournament weekend. The girls and parents all had such a great time! The beds are all comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. The hot tub is devine and the parents all left wanting a Miele coffee system of our own. Nobody wanted the trip to end. Five stars does not do the property or host justice!'

'Home was very clean and well maintained. Close to Orbsonia (10min drive), a small village equipped with all basic needs. The home spacious five bedrooms large open common space accommodated seven adults and two children. A bonus is the three full bathrooms!!!! It’s very close to town but you still like your miles away from anyone. The beautiful quiet mornings are definitely a hit with my family. 'The place exceeded our expectations. Well situated good looking property with all the amenities. The host was attentive and responsive. The decor is fish camp corny but totally enjoyable and well done. Very clean throughout and well equipped. Substantial and flexible HVAC setup. The hot tub was pristine. Two fire circles and lot’s of grassy river frontage and lawn. Perfect for 2 adults plus kids. The word, “Pefect” were uttered several times during our stay. That’s rare!'

'The surrounding area of this cottage is beautiful, private and very quiet and the creek in the back is its best attribute. I have stayed at several vrbos over the years and this one felt more like a camping cottage on a camp ground than a vrbo home. We were surprised to find it was heated by an electric fireplace in the main room which was broken upon arrival. The hosts did a good job of getting it fixed the next day but it was a cold night.
