'We liked the proximity to I-95, restaurants and shopping at the outlets which came in handy for a last minute purchase. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that the breakfast was lacking. Not a very big selection of foods and the coffee was watery. Otherwise, it ‘s a good place to stay.'

'My reservation was booked incorrectly and all that it needed was a change of location from Clayton to Garner. My Garner rep fought for me as she even went out of her way to get the Clayton GM involved. In the end, i was told I lost out on that reservation and the money spent. So i had to rebook the stay, and I have to stay if anyone is in the Garner area, look Ms. Carol up! She’s the best!!'

'They need to changed the carpet in the rooms. The carpet looked clean, but smelled a little musty. Everything else is very clean.'

I drove 10 hrs and I wanted to sleep because the next day I was about to drive 9hrs north but at 4:30am the fire alarm was triggered and no one came to inform us that there is no fire just a sensor failed and triggered the alarm. Everybody was waiting for any info but to get it you had to go downstairs! Terrible hotel - no more booking there.'
