'Not what I expected… for the price , they went above and beyond … made you feel like you were visiting a family member that clearly made me call her “grandma” from the vibe we arrived and leaving .. bitter sweet it was a short trip, if I was ever back in town it’s a must I visit her .. ❤️❤️❤️'

'Excellent hotel, as good or better than 4+ stars in major American cities. Staff speaks some English and assists with inquiries and deliveries. Very nice gym and pool. Would stay if you’re a westerner in Nanchang for business or pleasure. Also, the neighborhood is new and nice but not close to the old city so if you want a more authentic experience you may consider something less western. '

'Staff at the gate didn’t help with our luggage when we arrived and it was a little disappointing. However, all the other staff we encountered are generally very friendly and courteous. The hotel has lovely view over TengWang pagoda and lovely views of the city in the evening. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the pagoda. Restaurant is a little over priced.'

'Very nice hotel. I believe it is one of the top two hotel in the area. We booked the executive floor and was placed on the 20th floor which is the highest floor. Wonderful view of the city. Breakfast restaurant is tastefully decorated. Food is 8/10 and they tried their best to include Chinese and western. The fresh fruit juice machine was impressive. Overall experience is 9/10. Good choice for our trip'

'Generally good except two things. When I book a room for three people on Orbitz and it does not allow me to choose breakfast for three, then I have to pay for the extra meal at the hotel. Also there is a 500 CNY security deposit that you have to pay at the check-in desk upon arrival, which makes the experience not so frictionless. '
