The decor is so charming with an antique theme, yet kitchen, baths and heating/cooling systems are efficient and modernized. « The property is misrepresented in the listing. It is not a non-smoking apartment but is a sketchy motel room that has definitely been smoked in. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic wrap. It was dirty and we couldn’t stay there. We had to book another room for the night which was amazing. »

« We reserved this home for a few days to prospect possible homes to buy in Kentucky. Then right before our trip horrible weather hit. There were warnings about severe flooding, extreme heat, possible tornados and thunderstorms. The governor even declared a state of emergency for flooding. We quickly decided to cancel our stay.
