'Pleasant staff'

'Bed was clean, bathroom was clean, but very outdated. There was some sticky stuff on the floor. On my way to the room there were a couple of mice at crawled from underneath the ice machine and went into some sort of closet. There was a space underneath the closet door for them to get through property does need some love.'

'Super goed hotel vriendelijk mensen goed ontbijt.'

'The beds were ok.'

'Because Hampton Inn is our usual “go to” hotel when we’re on the road, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpet in our room and the bathroom floor. Fitness Facility floor could also use a good cleaning Otherwise, standard Hampton Inn quality.'

'We enjoyed a lot to stay in your place on Columbus Day Weekend in the heart of Alexandria Bay Town, the room was clean and right next to the dock you can park your boat or go fishing. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed delicious coffee they serve all day long in the lobby and also you can use toaster and microwave to warm up your meals, outside next to the dock is nice picnic area with girls, vending and ice machines and lots of tables, beach...

'Room was clean comfortable, staff were great breakfast was amazing'

'The view from boat dock was nice . The breakfast was a joke. They only had coffee and instant oatmeal. You have to make it yourself . We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one. Their pictures are deceiving.'
