Par contre j’ai dû appeler 3 fois pour une couverture et un oreiller supplémentaire qu’ils m’on donné à 1h du matin seulement alors que j’étais épuisé de la route et voulais dormir !ils ont mit 1 h à me les apporter et à chaque fois que j’appelais la personne prenais mon message comme si je n’avais jamais appelé ! Le joint de la douche fuyait du coup cela inondait la douche »

De plus ma réservation mentionnait une chambre avec vue sur le lac et notre chambre donnait sur un parking. Une porte de la salle de bain était cassée et ne pouvait se fermer »
