'We were not informed that there was no elevator prior to booking our room and did not find out until check in. In-room coffee maker would have been nice, but there was coffee downstairs in the lobby when we needed it in the morning. Trash blown around on the side and back of the hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating.'

'Large, roomy, clean, comfortable! The home is so large it was fun exploring and figuring out what each room was for! But it was one of the nicest rentals I've ever stayed in! The host family communicated very well and took care of all our needs. I would say they went above and beyond and honored all our requests. The place was well stocked with many extras. I failed to realize, when I booked it, that it was entirely upstairs (my bad) and my wife is somewhat handicapped and we are both getting old and somewhat feeble, so carrying everything up and down the stairs was the only downside.'

'The Ashford loft is not up to the standards typically followed in most VRBOs I’ve stayed in throughout the area. The space in the loft is very poorly laid out, the step up bathroom is on the opposite side of the loft, from the bedroom, the carpets need to replaced as they are worn out and appear to be dirty. The bedroom mattress and the bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress pad, etc.) are old and worn out. The electrical outlets are not conveniently located and appear to be outlets from years ago....
