'Staff is rude (especially reception and they have lied to us with re to our booking) Old and worn down Swimming pool looks much better on the pictures Bad WiFi in our room Noisy room Breakfast limited If you stay less than 2 days you have to pay for beach access Hotel drivers try to rip you off and will be overcharging. Just take a standard taxi So many better places to go to in Montego Bay! We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights but glad we only stayed for 1 night. Awful place!'

'Loved everything. We made a lot of international friends everyone from the staf was super nice. We ended up spending a lot of free time in the evenings , with the staf members. Played a lot if games. We could always count on a great service. Whenever and for whatever we needed. The rooms were really clean and cleaned in between. '

'My only problem with this property is the parking situation! If you have a car make sure they guarantee you a parking spot before you book! I was given a number but they had a car in that spot the whole time I was there, this make my stay very inconvenient. I was woke up in the night by security to move my car because the owner park in spot am supposed to use or whoever that let use the parking space. Don’t advertise parking if you can’t accommodate it '

'Honestly for the price it was a great stay the pool had a bar there was a restaurant the room was big and clean and gave you the option to use your Netflix or any streaming service you had. also walking distance to the beach and honestly if you a trooper like me and my friend you can walk to the nearest club it was like 20min '

'My husband and I was here for our 26th Anniversary and we liked everything about the resort. There was always some activity going on! Never a dull moment at all. And on our special day they surprised us with a fruit platter in our room 😊❤️ we can’t wait to bring our kids and grandkids with us next year!!!'
