'Turned on air whem I arrived. Got too cold'

'I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.'

'I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.'

'The staff is more than helpful. I forgot to include that I needed a room on the first floor due to a handicap and the staff was more than willing to accommodate our family. I also forgot my key inside the room and they were so helpful to get me back in. All the breakfast that was served was hot and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.'

'Won’t clean rooms unless specifically asked. Stayed 4 days, asked twice to have the room cleaned - they brought towels and took the trash out- that’s it. Staff didn’t seem to care if they were helpful or not. About half the time they were standing outside smoking'

'The place is great. It’s clean and cozy and was very friendly and accommodating. The only things I didn’t like was the hot water smelled like sulfur and the bed was way to soft for my liking. Other than those two things it was perfect.'

'The front desk person was asleep on a couch near the front desk. I had to wake them up to check me in. Then I got back one day and someone had pooped in our toilet and left it there while we were gone! '

'Very cute and had all the amenities you could think of. Nicest outhouse I've ever been in and the cut trails were lovely. We were warm and comfortable. And the dog had room to roam.Only minor downside is the proximity to the highway. Not too loud, but you could always hear it in the background.'

'We loved our stay!! Clean, many amenities, cute cottage on the lake! Parking was no problem. The kids had a great time fishing!! Will definitely stay again if in the area! '
