« 地下鉄東西線：琴似駅至近で、西改札を出たら右がイオン入口で左の階段を上がると最寄りの出入り口です。買い物はイオンのほか、宿の近くに超安い八百屋さんやセブンがあり滞在中の食材調達に便利！室内は広く綺麗で快適。キッチンには冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、ガスレンジなど普通に暮らせる設備がある上、フライパンや鍋、炊飯器ほかキッチンツール、食器類も揃っているので（あ、洗濯機もありました）長期滞在にも困りません。とにかく満足度が高く、また宿泊したいと思っています。 »

« 建物の外観は古く感じられますが、内装はリフォームされており清潔でした。外国のコンドミニアムのように生活に必要なものは全て揃っており、不便は感じませんでした。 私が宿泊した部屋は南側と東側にも窓があり、遮光カーテンを開けると早朝から眩しいほどの日射がありました。今回の滞在で13泊した最後の方には、これまでの人生で朝日をいっぱいに浴びて生活した経験はなく、北海道の雄大さを感じられる贅沢な時間が名残惜しいくらいでした。 JR千歳駅に徒歩３分程度の距離であるため、あらゆるニーズで利用できる宿泊施設だと思います。 »

« 家族6人（30~80代）で泊まりました。駅からも歩ける距離で、お部屋も広くて綺麗で良かったです。コンセントの位置や数が不便な部分はありましたが、不満になるほどではないです。土地柄的なのかもしれませんが、エアコンが1台だったので、奥の部屋は少し寝苦しさがありました。全体的にはおすすめできるホテルです！ »

« Room was very clean and spacious enough for a family of 6. Despite check-in being virtual, communication with staff was straightforward prior and during the stay. It was nice having a convenience store right out front. »

« Incredible hotel in the heart of Sapporo city. Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, quiet and had USB-C ports straight from the wall. The Hotel ammenities are amazing, with washing machines, alcohol vending machines and an Onsen with a cold plunge, showers and a Sauna. If we ever find ourselves in Sapporo again, this will definitely be our hotel. »

« The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side.
