'Scenic resort is a great place to stay! The cabins are roomy and the beds are comfy! The owner makes check in friendly and easy. Hes so kind and I enjoy chatting with him when we arrive. This was our second stay this year and our 3rd visit is already booked for next month. The beach is clean and a great disconnect when you need a reset or a family vacation. 'My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. 'Our overnight stay was very nice. The place was clean. All the amenities offered were there. Although there is no AC, there were 4 fans provided which was nice. Communication could’ve been a little better but that was a minor complaint and I don’t imagine this would be much of an issue 9/10 times here.'

'We had a good time during our stay here. There was a little noise from the road but the cabin is very close to US23 so that is to be expected. Cabin was laid out well, and the beds were comfy and clean. It is a rustic cabin with modern amenities and it fit the bill for our stay.Would definitely consider this location again for future trips up to the East Tawas/Oscoda area. '
