'Great stay'

'Even though we had a room to include a pet, it was a disaster room. Room had many things cracked or broken, including the door which so scratched I felt I had to say something g to the desk so they wouldn’t know my dog did it. Breakfast was disappointing. Left and found somewhere else to eat.'

'Extremely decent property, only thing missing was an elevator to the 2nd floor.'

'Room was clean and ready upon arrival. Bed was cozy. Pillows extra soft. Room was bright with perfect amounts of lighting. Construction on side roads but did not make stay bad at all. Entire building was brightly lit and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Many options to satisfy all the morning needs. View of Lake Huron was perfect.'

'Had a great time!'

'The employee that checked us in was pleasant. The room was basic but clean-ish. I say that because yes, the toilet and sink were clean but around the light switches, floor corners, door handles etc were dirty. Not a deal breaker, just noticed. The room had a fridge, microwave and plug ins for electronics. Overall, a decent room for the price. Would stay there again,at this time of year. Im sure during the summer the price might be higher and then it wouldnt be worth it to me.'

'Amazing stay!'

'This was a very nice facility with an extra special staff. Julie went out of her way to accommodate and with a very friendly demeanor. And The bed was very comfortable.'

'Clran'

'We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

'My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Sam, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Truly a perfect stay. We can’t wait to...

'I sent my parents up here while we stayed at old Orchard campground. They loved it. We will be back.'

'I loved this place with one important caveat. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Socks and dry floor? Bare feet and wet floor? You need to be careful, especially if you're older. I almost did the splits going to use the restroom. The shower is small and you can't keep the curtain in, so the floor will get a bit wet. For most floors this really isn't a big deal, but it's basically like ice. I only point this out because I do not want someone to actually get hurt without at least a bit of a...

'Absolutely a great place to say. We had so much fun. The cabin was very clean and freshly remodeled. We will definitely be staying here again.'

'I always enjoy my stay at Lazy Fish, the location and view can't be beat and I love that bringing the dog along is an option there. Tim and Nancy are great with communication and were helpful when we left charcoal for the grill at home. The cabins are older but I can see the updates every year. It has everything needed for a short stay in this unit.'
