'Do not stay here. The photos on the site are not representative of what the rooms look like. Old, smelly, unclean, no hot water. We checked in and within 5 minutes handed the keys back saying we could not stay there due to the filth. They were not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one. It’s awful.'

'Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait.'

'Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots...

'No problems..'

'Shouldn’t close up breakfast st 9.!!! People std getting snd do eat breakfast past 9. Ridiculous. We are clean smokers and discard our butts. Not all day. Everybody smokes on the 3nd floor outside tables. No ashtrays so everybody throws them in the ground. Nobody ever swept them up the three days we were there. Bed was very comfortable. There was a hugh dark stain gross stain and the couch that should have been cleaned or changed out. I would ho back though. Thank you.'

'Staff were SUPER friendly. Only down fall was the door looked like it had been pried open before which made us a little uneasy. Staff made our stay worth while.'

'Convenient to downtown'

'Everything was great! Air didn’t work in one of our rooms.'
