'Right from the start everything was easy. The shuttle at the airport was fast to find and took us right there. Check in was super fast. Having a family Mart convenience store in the lobby was amazing. Honestly honestly, it was part of why we chose this hotel. We knew jet leg would be hard. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast at the hotel. We only stayed one night, but I would recommend this hotel. We walked to a beautiful peaceful temple. 'APA Narita is excellent for a layover at Narita. It is a solid APA hotel and is a popular hotel in the area especially for Japanese business travelers. They have some very comfortable beds and great pillows you can buy. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is excellent with Japanese and Western options. There is also a free shuttle for guests to Narita airport which is an another excellent perk. Very solid value. '

'Goede locatie, zeer goede shuttle service. We boekten deze accommodatie (redelijk duur) omdat er een binnenzwembad was, maar tot onze verbazing moest je hiervoor veel bijbetalen (32euro voor ons 2)!! Dit was niet zichtbaar op internet bij de boeking! Volgende keer boeken we een ander hotel. Anders is het hotel wel ok!'

'Hotel scoort zeer goed op netheid, ontbijt. De locatie scoort minder goed: ligt op 30 minuten rijden van de luchthaven (eerst ander hotel bediend). Bovendien is de gratis shuttle naar luchthaven soms beperkt tot 1 per uur. De locatie is prima voor bezoek Narita stad en shopping mall. Gratis shuttle dienst en daar worden bij drukte zelfs taxi's ingezet. '

'1) Very nice building and clean room. 2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well. 3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way. 4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices.'

'The free shuttle service was wonderful. The staff is wonderful and polite as well. However, I would not visit this hotel again. The other guests were horrible, entire families were eating and shouting on the hallways, all the way until midnight. The crew could do little about it, I feel like. Also the rooms are very outdated, dusty and the bathroom facilities weren't clean. Next time I'll take more time reading the reviews and pick another hotel'
