'Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful.'

'Olin pidentänyt tunnilla checkoutoani, mutta huonreestani katkaisttiin silti sähköt normaalina aikana.'

'Good'

'Room , not cleaned well. Bad order or mold on long term non use. Safe did not work. My colleagues found bugs in bedsheets. The hotel had no correspondence with Expedia to confirm payment. '
