'The bed was comfortable. The place isn't fancy and could use some updating, but was clean and accommodating.'

'We take road trips for our summer vacations and we appreciate above and beyond customer service and this property was exceptional. All staff were exceptionally helpful and accomodating. The property though could use more cleaning, better yet, an upgrade. Carpet were stained, the room smelled aweful like moldy musty and the beds smelled like pet pea. We opened all doors and windows to air out before we went to bed, then left the window open all night.'

'We stayed in the upper lodge. It’s a nice place, dinner was fine, and we enjoyed the campfire afterwards. Bed was comfy and shower good. I didn’t like totally hearing the next-door neighbor’s movie at night and the fact that you couldn’t turn off the porch light to better see the great stars. Also, we never managed to lock the door from the outside, and we couldn’t open the window for fresh air because the latch was high and a table was in front of the window. 'This is a small rural property set off of Hwy 12 and the Clearwater River. There is no access to the river but one can walk along the road and enjoy the view. There rooms are clean and the staff helpful. It has a homey quiet feel.'

'This is the best stocked and cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The beds, linens and pillows are wonderful! The pond attracts a variety of birds and has lots of frogs for kids to enjoy hearing them squeek before jumping in the water when startled. I would go back there in a heart beat.'
