PROs: Location, Access to property, and parking CONS: Property not cleaned before checkin, Trash still in can, dishes in dishwasher, dirty film on surfaces, dirty sinks, rings in toilets, debris/dead bugs on floors, nasty build up on keypad-thermostat-switch plates, crumbs on rug, rug itself GROSS—matted down with filth, random junk/trash in cabinets&drawers, INCLUDING A USED TUBE OF MALE ENHANCEMENT CREAM!!
