'The room is poorly maintained, wallpaper was pencil drawn by some kids, some papers on the back of the bedside tables, toilet was extremely dirty, with mold on the shower floor and shower glass door. My wife vomit when she first entered the room, the smell was too bad, it feels like it has been not cleaned for a long duration of time. The shower tower is smelly too. Not free bottle drink water, they just offer filtered tap water from toilet basin… i do not risk my life with unmanaged or...

'Bilik dan staff so far ok, cuma yg saya tak suka tempat parking dia agak terhat … dan lift di bangunan tu kalau time check out pagi mmg crowded sangat sampaikan saya dari L13 kena turun tangga ke Level G.'

'We booked the hotel for 4 nights (2 rooms), the checkin went quick. Only when we went in the elevator and reached the room, we got smoking rooms (we requested none-smoking). We called the reception from the room and the lady told the hotel was fully booked and can't be changed. This was ofcourse fully unacceptable, because a smoking room is really really bad smell. When we went back to the reception, the guy who checked us in, directly changed our hotel - without any discussion or trying to tell...

'Desayuno ok con huevos y algo de dulce. Bungalows ok sobrio pero limpio. En la plaza central una piscina infantil. Bien cuidado.'

'Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!'

'Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui en plus n’avait pas de lumière … zéro insonorisation car la fenêtre ne fermait pas totalement. Personnel allongé sur les fauteuils de l’entrée ce qui ne donne pas du tout une attitude professionnelle. Passable pour une nuit mais je ne recommande pas du tout. '

'The room is perfect, spotless, well lighted, clean sheets, towels, and toilet. Fast wifi. Only downside is a need of RM200 deposit for 1 night, Power outlet not available at working table, had to work on the bed. '

'The owner asked to text to collect the check in info but don't reply until the next day. The room is barely clean and all furniture are old and dusty. The sofa and carpet were so dirty. The bathroom is molded. It required rm100 deposit to be paid and took 2 days to refund. Worst of all, 2 of my credit cards details being hacked I believe is the WiFi. '
