C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options. »

« I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead. I had spoken with Kara earlier in the morning, and she confirmed that my room would be ready upon my arrival. However, when I got there, it had been given to someone else. To make matters...

« The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We stayed for three nights. There was no room maintenance, so you have to remove your own trash and ask for clean towels as needed. The staff was nice for the most part. The restaurant is not in the hotel and neither is the bar. You have to walk or drive the the gaming center. »
