'My 1st visit to Kalopsia and it did not disappoint. Arrived by private Charter and pulled right up to the floating dock with our host waving her arms welcoming us...it was awesome! The host and team loaded our luggage al placed them in the Villa, met us in the Villa for a tour and great information i needed to hear. 'Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. '

'We had 3 generations staying in the house and it was perfect for everyone. We docked the boat at the North end dock and it was just a short walk to the house. I would recommend renting a golf cart to go into town for shopping and dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked a number of meals at the house. The host provided a lot of detailed information about the house and the area. '

'WOW! Ok, if you want a tranquil location, look no further than Man O War and Ocean Pearl. This property is about an 8-10 minute walk from the ferry dock, the marina, the grocery store and coffee shop. Typically, island guests rent a Golf Cart so the drive is only 3-4 minutes. We spent our days on a boat but when we were at the house we had ample room to hang out on the deck, cook dinners and enjoy the beach. I gave the pool 3 stars but I think that we would have used it more if we werent on the...

'This is beautiful property on a quiet stretch of beach. It has has a well appointed kitchen and is walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Josette, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed. The bunk room had very comfortable beds, and additional rooms could be rented if more space was needed. The property is very well laid out and affords privacy to all guest rooms. Highly recommend!!'
