'Never saw any staff. Check in was done at a kiosk.'

'Great place to stay'

'We had a great 4th of July at this Lake House! Just as advertised. Hosts were exceptional!'

'Excellent stay. Host is very quick in responding to questions. '

'It was a very unique. An very nice, an quiet. Wish I could've stayed for breakfast but they didn't serve till 6:30am. We were on the go before that🌄'

'Had to beg for house keeping services'

'The room was clean and spacious. Showers are nice. Getting towels was not good experience. 1: There are no signs about shortages, no mention of reusing towels. So after the first night- Housekeeping didn't bring them. Went to the desk for them 2 nights and the guy was rude and mouthy. First night said there wasn't enough towels for everyone. Second time shook his head at me when he seen me coming towards the desk and said I'm gonna run them out of towels! Like we're paying customers. Why are...

'Love Whiskey Mansion. Beautiful old mansion!! Staff were excellent!! Breakfast delicious!! The woodwork in the house was so beautiful!! Will be back!! A real gem in St Joseph!!'

'Wonderful hospitality and a beautiful apartment. Our only difficulty was rather steep stairs for elderly guests. Overall we loved it!'

'Great road side stray for a night. Slept great.'

'Great visit. The luggage cart was about to come apart. Other than that great place to stay.'

'Clean, everything as described, quiet location.'

Across the street were barking dogs and other guests (a family) talked...

'Had a hiccup when first checking in BUT the owner was quick with replies and taking care of issue. Place is exactly as described. Quiet, off beaten path, river view house. Very nice sunsets. This was the perfect rental for me, I like an off the beaten path place - yet still a 10-15 min max drive to all needs. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and view was excellent. Would suggest to bring slippers for inside house. If a light sleeper bring earplugs. Train comes by quite a bit. Sometimes not...

'We had a good experience staying! Everything went smoothly and the host was very pleasant and communicated well, which made me feel comfortable where we stayed. Everything was laid out and explained without me having to figure the stay out. It was a cozy place to stay!'
