'The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. '

'Heel fijn dat de hotelkamer een keukenblokje heeft. Alles functioneerde maar er zijn wel gebruikerssporen. Een aantal kleine reparaties en de kamer zou weer helemaal op orde zijn. En de keuken inventaris moet aangevuld worden. '

Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. 'Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online.
