« We were very disappointed with our stay at D1Mension Residences. The photos on the booking website did not reflect the apartment we received. Ours was on the 3rd floor with a view of a construction site and a dirty alley. We traveled with our two children (4 and 7 years old) who were excited about the pool, but it was not accessible to non-residents — something that was never clearly stated. The host was unresponsive to my messages and only answered when my Vietnamese friend called directly....

« Appartement sympa. Quelques petits manques au niveau du matériel (couverts). Par contre au niveau des gardiens de l'immeuble, c'est complètement nul. En leur montrant la réservation ils nous font signe qu'ils ne comprennent pas.... Alors qu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment pratiquement complètement destiné à la location. Une fois le gestionnaire de l'appartement contacter tout s'arrange, il me confirme effectivement que les gardiens ne font aucun effort. Dommage nous avons perdu 20 minutes à une...
