'This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset. The outer door was locked in the mornings with no key card mechanism, so had to wait indefinitely for a manager to let me in or another guest to come out. The smoke detector in the...
