'Great rain shower and comfortable bed. Loved the ambiance inside the room. Somewhere store luggage/clothing, a chair or loveseat, and more towel hooks would be nice'

'Hotel over book, room at the very top level and only one elevator working, roo m out dated and dirty, tv out, parking terrible, staff had no control over the business noise up to 3 am , when choosing stay on website Street view was not this location, false seen, over all horrible experience.'

'Fleas in our room, they did switch us but we were getting bit quite a bit before we realized what was happening and even got a picture. The breakfast was super disappointing, then to top it off there was an altercation between the front desk girl and a guest and the cops were called. Not a great stay at all'

'The property is quite grand. Valet parking is the only option - which is fine. There were 3 attendants at the Valet desk and not one of them came to my car or offered to help this 68 year old lady up the stairs with my suitcase!! Now- Saturday morning the valet attendant was wonderful. He took my suitcase to the car and was very friendly. My room was 83 degrees and the thermostat was broke. There was no remote for the TV AND I had to go to the front desk twice before the desk attendant came up...

'We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.'

'Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...
