'Nice area'

'The Hotel was nice in the lobby and the room wasn’t bad! HOWEVER this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but the towels were so thin and dingy that we went to Target to get towels to use. I would normally wash the towels before using but since we were traveling I couldn’t. They were still 1000% better than what the hotel put in our room. It was DISCUSSING. Why ask for new towels when what was presented was horrible, we would have gotten more of the same. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS WESTIN AGAIN!'

'The front desk staff were all amazing and the corner balcony room had a very nice view. The hand lotion and shower gels smelled so great too! However, the linens for the pull-out sofa were stained and had long brown hairs all over them. The pillows were also pretty lumpy and flat and I didn’t like the itchy bed covers.'

'The room was quiet and cheap. The property itself was in need of drastic repair. The first floor and lobby area was a mess, it smelled "bad". There was no WiFi, no breakfast, no coffee, no working elevator. If I hadn't prepaid thru Expedia, I would have left the hotel upon check in.'

'Clean hotel. Had 2 bedroom queen beds. Received only one face towel, 2 bath towels. Went to the desk to ask for more, the man said “are you sure?” That there wasn’t more towels in the room. It was 3 of us all together. I would think if getting 2 queen beds that towels for 4 people would be ideal. He also said that he had no house keeping to get me more towels but ending up “finding” more towels. Clean hotel but make sure rooms have the appropriate amount of towels for guests'
