'Great place overall'

'Great location, spa amenities were good, rooms were spacious- would stay again !'

'Clean rooms, and lovely stay. Breakfast is delicious also!!'

'It was a very nice stay. We were welcomed greatly. The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked halfboard so we had breakfast buffet and a la carte evening diner. It was very familial and not too crowded. I would recommend 10/10. Diner was a little expensive for these that did not have it included so if you take only breakfast, you will have to count an extra 30€ per night.'

'Excellent concept, room and location but falls badly on every aspect of hospitality including value for money (excluding room cost)'

'Het is een vrij nieuw hotel. Het zwembad heeft een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. Wij verbleven met z’n 5-en (2 volw, 3 kinderen (15,13,7) in de familie suite. Goede bedden, schone kamer. Goede stille airco. Het Dhermi strand is met de auto vlakbij 20 minuten rijden en heeft leuke en mooie restaurants waar je goed kan eten. En bedjes kan huren. '

'In over ten years of booking through Expedia, this is hands-down my worst experience. Kerculla Resort should be removed from the platform immediately. When we arrived, the property was an active, half-finished construction site with not a single staff member on the premises. Completely stranded, we could not even stay on the property and had to drive an hour away to Sarandë to secure last-minute accommodations for the night. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property.'

'Beautiful hotel with private access to the beach. Great breakfast.'

'Very dirty do not waste your money. Super super dirty staff doesn’t really care especially the front.'

'Geweldig verblijf, vriendelijk gastvrij en behulpzaam. nooit eerder zo fijn ontvangen '

'20 minutes walk from the sea front, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop for Sarandë, 2 minutes walk from a mini supermarket. Large room, large comfortable bed, aircon that works included in the price, good bathroom and shower, balcony with table chairs ash's a view, fridge, towels changed regularly. Has a unique lift that doesn't go to all floors so double check if you have a wheelchair etc. Nothing to complain about; perfectly adequate in all respects; would start again.'

'The view from the pool over the ocean was phenomenal! The staff was also very nice and welcoming, making sure we had a good time. The breakfast variety could be better (tea, yoghurt etc.) but if you aren’t a picky eater it’s still very good! The music from the restaurant was pretty repetitive and sometimes a little on the louder side but nothing what bothered us to much! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back!'

'Douche werkte niet, lichtknoppen werkte niet. Het was ook erg rumoerig. Het bed en kussen was aardig, handdoeken wel lekker schoon.'

'Brand new property and so worth it! Highly recommend!'

'Was a vreat stay! Brrakfast could be better, but overall everything was great esp coz the staffs are helpful and friendly'
