'Hot tub was great with tv close by for easy watching. Place was nicely decorated wifh a few unusually placed light switches. Backyard was plenty spacious and very invitating.But overall an absolutely adorable place!'

'I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. '

'How was clean enough, it was a little dusty in a few areas. Kitchen could use a deeper cleaning. Parking was behind the home which is good! AC worked great! Area of location is wonderful lots of restaurants and HEB is across the street. Felt safe at night, it was a gated community.'

The only downside was the patio sliding door had no cover, so at night it was a difficult because there was no privacy and the dryer made a very high/loud screeching nose.'
