We ended up switching rooms as the first room we checked into had dirty towels in the bathroom, a handprint on the bathroom wall, and smear of dirt in the shower. There was also a small piece of ceiling hanging down. The staff was apologetic and gave us a new room, which was far cleaner, however a burn hole in one of the comforters was immediately noticeable and the bathroom counter had a gritty feel to it.
