'I had my daughter stay there during a storm in Minnesota. The hotel is a short drive from her school. The snow storm caused a lot of problems and her phone wasn’t working. Hotel staff helped her get her phone charged and Jerome at the front desk did an amazing job keeping worried parents informed of how everything was going! Thanks for the extra attention!'

'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten. Het is een bijzonder charmant hotel met een zeer service gerichte staff. Een aanrader.'
