Broken chair outside.Outdoor steps and deck need paint. Broken bed frame in upstairs bedroom. Broken swing glider. No BBQ. Just some kind of hot plate that is rusting. No A/C. For eating utensils there was just one adult fork and the rest were like fondue forks. One steak knife. Refrigerator was missing a shelf. Loose stair banister. Also, a decaying...

« We had an awesome time with my kids staying in this caboose and enjoying the ranch. The people who work the ranch are all very friendly and made us feel welcomed. My kids loved animals, game room, and helping feed the animals. My husband got the awesome experience of getting the help feed the bison. We would love to come back. »

« We loved the awesome art and artifacts, books and decor. The place was clean and had a nice variety of organic tea in which i love. It was a little hot but the host remotely adjusted the temperature quickly for us. King sized bed was great. Washer and dryer was helpful. GPS kept messing with us (not the hosts fault) , so we drove in a circle for what felt like 25 minutes. We plan on coming back to stay again when we can stay longer. :) »
