"Release the Club Preference rooms on time and as reserved. Don't delay the check-in process until after 5 pm. Don't provide one bed for two adults and one bed for one child, instead of the booked two double beds for three adults. After all, it is an adults only resort."

"The rooms are unfortunately not worthy of a 5-star rating. However, the rest of the hotel certainly is! We arrived in the evening and were given a room on the ground floor. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. Water was leaking from the apartments above into our bathroom. The next day, we requested a different room. After a lot of insistence, we finally got another room at the end of the day. They acted as if they had never heard of the leakage before… Instead of putting on this act, they would be better off investing their energy into renovating the entire ground floor. Other than that, the hotel is definitely recommended due to its great service and quality food and drinks."
