'Trash in the rooms not cleaned up.'

'The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. 'Netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles in nieuwstaat. Helaas wel erg gehorig. Bovenburen maakten veel lawaai'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'Geweldige locatie, ruime kamer en schoon. A/C gesitueerd in midden van de totale ruimte was lawaaierig en na 5 dagen leek geluid toegenomen. Om te kunnen slapen. Moest airco en ventilatie uitgezet worden. '

'The apartment was VERY clean and comfortable. I'm not sure when I will be back in Houston, but I would stay here again, especially at this price point. It was convenient to the Museum District and was generally a good experience. '

'This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.'
