Rechercher des hôtels - Harare

« The hotel is good for business travel -- and offers all the usual amenities -- What made my stay great was the perfect service provided by Collins and Eisenhower on the club level. Thank you again Gentlemans. Looking forward to come back very soon to Zimbabwe »

« This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. »

« Sejour désagréable, votre représentant avec qui j ai discuté par mail et WhatsApp a menti sur toute la ligne, image meme sur la plateforme est fausse. Vue la nature des chambres moi j ai pas dormi avec 3 autres collègues. J ai toutes les discussions et mails , »

« I highly recommend this lodge for anyone in Harare. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the plants and private enclosure around the premises made the lodge feel safe and welcoming. We found staff to go above and beyond in multiple areas including complimentary car washing. The breakfast was fantastic with many options available. Lots of grocery and food options in the nicer part of downtown Harare. The price maybe was a little high, but if you are a gold member, the...

« This is a fantastic gated site the major problem is internet connection, it may be a regional problem, the owners have been responsive and done their best to provide internet services. The on site parking is good and breakfast is served to your room, each single lodge contains all services; fridge, kettle microwave the staff are very friendly offering a washing and ironing service for a small fee »

« Beautiful, green grounds and a spotlessly clean property. The staff were the highlight: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. The location works well too. You're in Kambanji, about 10 minutes from most of the eastern suburbs, so Highland Park, La Parada, Mozambik, Ocean Basket and Upstate are all an easy drive. Mukuvisi Woodlands and the city galleries are close enough for a half day out, and Wild Is Life near the airport is worth the trip...

« Great stay. Onsite restaurant and gym big + »

« The place was a home away from home very nice place big soft comfy bed, very friendly staff very willing to make your stay as you would like. Food was cooked to your liking anything you chose the cooks wanted to cook it for you. »

« Very nice place! Clean, safe, great staff, nice kitchen to use. Large rooms. Compound that includea a small garden. And convenient location (12 minute walk to Avondale shopping center - with great "flea market" behind for cheaper clothes/goods & tons of great Africa crafts/gifts). ... Wifi a bit spotty »

« Très bien sauf le petit dej ou il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix ! »
