« We stayed at Abigail’s nest a couple weekends ago for a lowkey bachelorette weekend by the pool and Kim and her house were more amazing that we could’ve imagined. The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean and the yard and pool were as well. We relaxed by the pool and had an absolute blast celebrating our bride! We are so grateful to have found this gem! Kim was great and communicative the entire time and we are all grateful for a fantastic weekend. Thanks again Kim! »

« Loved the caboose! Had so much fun with my family! Plenty of space. Loved that it had full kitchen, AC and bathroom all inside. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the sitting spaces and the history of the caboose from the past. The location was tucked away and quiet and loved the views of the railroad. Would have been more ideal in another section of Palmer but makes sense it was near the Steaming Tender. »

« Once you climbed the hill, this place is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful… serene, you couldn’t ask for more. Well perhaps AC during a 90heatwave but they had a lot of fans to keep the air moving. Outdoors was gorgeous, the breeze lovely. Like I said, I couldn’t ask for more. Spent time floating on the lake which was beautiful as well. »

« My husband and I were exploring a number of birding hotspots in the quiet corner and decided to try the treehouse. We woke to the dawn bird chorus (without any ambient road noise). Just dreamy! »

« How does such a terrible motel exist in such a popular and expensive tourist town? These rooms have not been updated in at least 20 years. The room smelled like a locker room and the air conditioner smelled like a mouse had died inside. The room, walls, floors, baseboards, light switches, etc were filthy. There was a cigarette burn in the bathtub. I think they were selling drugs from the room next door. Lee cops were there at least 3 times during our 3 day visit. Pool not open. Ice machine and...

« We had room for each of the adults, which included adult children. At these ages they no longer want to share a bed or bathroom with anyone. Perfect that we could come together, but have our own separate spaces. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. »
