'Our curtain was ripped when we got there, I was so tired from driving I didn’t call them immediately. There were crayons on the floor, behind the bed was filthy. I know because my son dropped a sock and it went under the bed at the top. Toilet didn’t want to flush.'

'I had to pay over 14 dollars more than what was stated on the reservation? There is no WiFi and the room was in a dilapidated, dirty state. The towels were dirty, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom was very dirty. I simply didn't dare to shower there. This place urgently needs to be renovated and significant work needs to be done on hygiene.'

'We loved the deck overlooking the river! Beautiful view!'

'Loved the goat and peacocks'

'We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad!'

'Mario and Ramrattee were great hosts. We were in town for our family reunion. They made sure that we had a home away from home. The house was very clean and stocked with amenities and snacks. They ensured that we were comfortable. They were very responsive. We had 6 adults. There was adequate space. I would recommend this property.'

'What a great little getaway next to the Suwannee River. Very peaceful. The game room was an added bonus. We would definitely return'

'For an older hotel, it is still in pretty good shape, it's well maintained. It's on the edge of town, so it's very quite and just 5 mins away from downtown. Staff is very friendly!'

'A wonderful getaway. So peaceful and relaxing. We had a small gathering of friends and family. Plenty of room and activities. The kayaks were wonderful. So much wildlife to see. My favorite spot was down by the River in the mornings. Everyone had an amazing time. We didn't want to leave!'
