« Unfortunately this was the lowlight of my trip to Vietnam. Booking through Expedia was a terrible experience because we were not warned that we would be staying in rooms owned by private individuals, rather than the hotel itself. I blame both Expedia and the Flamingo for this. This meant the staff was unable and unwilling to help us with basic things like laundry, gym service, or check-out. The prices here were inflated, and they were nickel-and-diming us for everything, such a using the fitness...

« Everything was great, especially the clean room and bathroom and good breakfast. The only minor drawback was that when we were in a rush to check out, they asked us to wait while they had someone check our room, which is an unreasonable process. It took so long, we just left. »
