'Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. '

'We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! 'The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Contact with the owner for quiries was prompt. The building is exceptionally handy for beach access. The only drawback is that the property is on a main road so there is a lot of passing traffic and noise into the night. However, the views of the sea and the headland overlooking the bay do compensate for this :)'

'Excellent location - easy walk to town / railway. Marvellous view of estuary, yachts, which even with rainy weather brightened the spirit. Could sit & relax just looking at the view. 'Our stay was lovely, the cabin is so homely and doesnt feel like your in a cabin, its so cosy at night, decor is lovely. The owners we didnt meet but communication was good.
