« SW Wisconsin is so beautiful that if it was near Paris it would be world-famous. But if you want to make a multi-day walking trip there it is hard to find places to stay that are spaced through the region. This spot in Blanchardville made a perfect stop. « Cozy family home with ample space to sprawl out throughout 3 floors. Two kitchens allowing thoughtful meal preparation. The kids really enjoyed the pool and sauna. The grounds are private with very beautiful large trees. The sounds of nature in the am while drinking coffee from the deck were wonderful. « Booked for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The cabin is large! Enough space for big families. We didn’t end up taking out the canoes but we did enjoy the fire pit and afternoon lounging overlooking the water. So peaceful and truly relaxing. There’s a grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils and some spices. Love this because they usually aren’t and we always stay in and cook at these types of cabin rentals. It was a pleasant surprise!...
