'Satisfied with the stay'

'Zeer lastig te vinden en slecht aangegeven op basis van het adrres van het hotel. De ingang aan de achterkant zou beter zijn voor de navgatie. Omdat je er nauwlijks kunt parkeren moet je snel naar de ingang zoeken die alles behalve duidelijk is aangegeven. Wel ligt het hotel op een prima locatie om het zeer leuke havengedeelte te bezoeken met bars en restaurants.'

'Hotel in het midden van Wellington : 1 slaapkamer apartementen met mooie keuken en badkamer. Het uitzicht op de binnenplaats is echter verschrikkelijk. Moeilijke check in : toegewezen kamer was al bezet !'

'We had a double private room (maybe even upgraded to a king room, because we had a washing machine in our room too!) which was spacious and clean. A comfy bed, windows and small attentive details such as little bags of washing powder, dish liquid, etc. We had a wonderful relaxed stay here!'

'Very pleased with my stay here. The house is unpretentious and simple. It really is about simple batch living, and this is it's charm. There is a wonderful wood burner that does an amazing job of keeping the place nice and warm. The batch looks right out on to the South Pacific Ocean and the sounds of the waves are ever present. At night - without the clouds - you have a clear dark sky view of the stars and galaxies far away.'

'I was very impressed. I loved the history of the old stables - now converted tastefully into accommodation, and I thoroughly enjoyed the native plant arboretum and nursery where I saw many rare native plants. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly too.'
