Kies je hotel in Genesee County

'Under construction. Very noisy. You can hear people talking all night. Basic hotel no amenities. No housekeeping. Have to hunt down housekeeping for towels and more toilet paper.'

'The room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel desperately needs remodeling'

'This hotel was terrible ,very dirty . The Outside just looks ok, run down. The room was dirty, the air conditioner filter were so dirty when we turned it on a bunch of dirt blew out and when we looked at the Filters they have not been cleaned in 6 months or more & were covered in fur, the bath room there was blood and fecal matter by the side of the toilet , there was a ceiling supply fan cover that was dirty should not be there if you have a Ptac heating and cooling wall unit. This place is...

'Was better than last place we stayed when in town.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Great'

'My first time staying at a Red Roof and it was awesome. Friendly staff and clean rooms.'

'Stayed 4 nights and did not have my room cleaned once. I even asked for extra wash cloths and said I made my bed just exchange towels. When I got back that evening nothing was done had to go get clean towels to take shower.'

'We were greeted and helped by very friendly man and woman upon check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a really good buffet breakfast for a hotel!'

'A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times.'

'Everything was great! Nice place to stay while we were visiting our daughter and grandson! Will definitely be back! '

'The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

'Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out.'

'The host was very receptive and accommodating. The property was accurately described and illustrated in photos. I had an extended stay, the amenities were adequate and the property location was central for my needs. The steps to access and two small interior steps could be an issue if one has mobility issues. Would do a repeat stay.'
