'De kamer, de haciënda en alles eromheen was prachtig. Wifi en airco werkten naar behoren. Het ontbijt was gewoon in één woord fantastisch. Personeel was minder hartelijk dan dat ik van andere hotels en locaties in Mexico gewend ben. De mevrouw die in aan de grill staat tijdens ontbijt (helaas naam vergeten) was ontzettend aardig en het was een genot haar toe te zien hoe ze van alles klaar maakte. Ook al was het personeel wat koeler raad ik dit hotel aan.'

'El estacionamiento bastante bien, sin embargo algunas cosas de la habitación como por ejemplo el espejo ya se veía muy desgastado y los elevadores no estaban tan limpios'

'Habitacion chiquita, limpia, ya es un hotel con muchos años (tiene alfombra), las toallas de baño ya tienen sus años. El estacionamiento incómodo para maniobrar, es una de sola entrada y salida. Los canales en tele no son muchos. Ventaja la ubicación del hotel'

'En la habitación no dejaron toallas limpias y llegando de un compromiso tuve que bajar a las 12:30 am para notificar esto. El estacionamiento es muy insuficiente pues si no llega uno temprano hay que dejar el coche en un terreno baldío colindante al hotel y que también estaba lleno!!! Siempre me hospedo en este hotel pero ahora si no tuve suerte.'

'The hotel is very clean the staff is amazing, we love Lorena and Marisol. 5 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Armas and restaurantes and beautiful churches. The only bad thing was the breakfast, super limited. '
