« Peu ou pas de service. Difficile à joindre le personnel et toujours pas reçu la facture du paiement de la taxe de séjour. Beau logement, mais qui devient moyen devant le manque d’intérêt pour les clients. À éviter pour business. Excellent wifi, mais rien dans le frigo et même pas une bouilloire (alors que l’établissement n’est pas constamment ouvert pour les gens qui bossent. J’espère que c’est mieux pour les touristes..) En tous cas bien trop cher pour la prestation, même en cette saison!! »

« We have had a wonderful 9 days at Castello Risano. Excellent service from booking and throughout the stay. The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained, there’s free parking and a short walk down the hill to the local shops, restaurants and harbour. « Appartement super propre et confortable. Tous les équipements nécessaires. Hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui nous a donné pleins d'indications et conseils pour notre séjour. A 15min à pieds du centre et en face de la mer. Place de parking sécurisé et gratuit! Bref une seule nuit pour nous mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps tant ce fut agréable ! »
