'Beautiful property. LOVELY staff. Fantastic restaurant with the most professional and welcoming and graceful bartender/waiter. Amazing value over all for such a sprawling room in such a pretty hotel. So much love has gone into the Retlaw and we'll be back soon! '

'Breakfast was fine nothing special. Staff was nice enough. The building condition itself was quite poor and much more rundown then the listing oictures looked. There was rust on the mirror and in the shower and overall just kind of gross how rundown it was. '

'The room was not very clean. Didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed behind the beds and end table in a long time. Carpet was old and also was not vacuumed next to the walls or furniture. The room had an old sitting chair which didn’t fit in the room and was very worn out with what looked like paint or plaster on it. The bathroom floor also had paint on it. 'I stayed in two different rooms one was 2 Queens and the other was King. Both rooms were clean. The Double Queens had a view of their Game room which was pretty. My favorite part of The Raddison was the restaurant Benvenutos, the food was great and a reasonable price.'

'Everytime I check in they change the amount. The webpage for this place doesn't say a pet fee, which they pick and choose what rate they want for each customer. I specify a room because of sleep issues and they say ok only to find out someone else has the room. I excuses for everything. Now they are expecting me to vacuum everyday because of my pet. They do a horrible job of cleaning and keeping things updated but I have to vacuum. I clean everything before I leave because respect others people...
