Future tenants need to be prepared to go up 2 flights of stairs and the toilet is child height. The bed could be larger and more comfortable.

'Place was as described,very well done…you can feel the history with the brick walls and high ceiling… lots of places walking distance to explore… Parking was crowded,but I attribute that to it being prom night and Kentucky Derby day… a great time'
