« We love this house. It was super quiet and cozy. The kitchen is the best stocked Vrbo kitchen we have ever encountered. If there is a drawback, I would say that it is the antique/original doorknobs. They do need to be repaired or replaced for ease of use. But on the other hand, no biggie and kind of add to the charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« We were staying at the schoolhouse to go hiking and ride bikes. They house has been tastefully decorated. I enjoyed the quite community and the listening to the tree frogs at night. Front Royal has a few things you can enjoy such as the movie theatre, bakery and state park. I would highly recommend this propery. »

« We had a wonderful stay here! The host was extremely communicative and kind. It is a lovely home and was perfectly clean when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, and cups. The view from the back porch is amazing and the perfect spot to have your morning coffee. The only thing to note is that the drive there is on a hilly gravel road, which comes with being in the mountains, and did not take away from our stay, but I would suggest using a car that can...

« The only regret we have is not staying more than one night! Kay and Joe were great hosts. Kay provided a lot of recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and things to do. The location is central to a number of wineries and incredible views. The Love Nest is well stocked with all the essentials and several bonuses, too! « An exceptional property in an amazing location. One of a kind. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat. Be aware that it is quite isolated and bring whatever food or beverages you prefer. The cottage has a full kitchen stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Lots of dishes and silverware. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and pods, etc. and a few energy bars were left out but I was glad that I had brought my own (microwaveable) dinner and snacks. »
