'Arrived a little antsy but was reassured by the security guards who directed us to valet. The establishment’s esthetics was well done. We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way '

'All infrastructure of the hotel needs renovation. Plumbing is horrible '

'Never got there. I paid but I was never able to get there cause I couldn't get a certificate of accomodation. And when I discovered that I was being taken. I couldn't get a refund. So I lost over 900 dollars. They even td me they don't do online bookings. So the website needs to remove their profile.'

The care taker Prosper was amazing, always on hand to support and ensure we had all we needed. I recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Limbe. The only issue to bare in mind is that the road to the property needs doing, you need a car to get there, relying on public transport night be am issue.'
