« The room wasn't clean, had food in a madeup bed. Spills were on the table and chair. Telephone was missing buttons and was sticky so I couldn't call front desk had to walk down there.. Staff was friendly »

« The staff at the hotel were all very polite and accommodating. The amenities were great. I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the common areas, however, our room didn’t seem very clean upon our arrival. I noticed a lot of grime built up behind the toilet and someone else’s un-used tampon on the floor beneath the sink area. There was also hair. It sort of grossed me out, but my kids were in a hurry to run off and play so I didn’t fuss about it to management. »

« Breakfast was sub par, Best western normally has a good breakfast but this one didn’t. The beds were on the small side, I don’t believe that they were queen’s. The price was high but I guess all of the hotels are priced high for the area, I would expect more for that price it wasn’t a elite hotel, don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone. »

« The hotel isn't perfect but the new owner is working his butt off getting it better day by day. Our room was clean we didn't have a microwave but as soon as I asked where to find one the owner brought a brand new one to the room. »

« Nous avons séjourné deux nuits, très près de cedar point. Parfait pour nous. La chambre était propre ainsi que la piscine. Le petit déjeuné pourrais s’améliorer; muffin/gateaux, céréale sucré… manque de fraîcheur mais les usa c’est comme ça! Je vous le recommande »

« Excellent location, easy walk to the park. Deluxe cabin was plenty big for our group. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Two full bathrooms was a plus! No cons but due to location near water and woods like setting do not leave food out! You will get ants. The top loft has a low ceiling but there were 2 queens and 2 TVs in separate areas up there. Would definitely return! »

« Staff at the Lobby is super friendly. Overall the place is fine but could be cleaner amd could use a little refurbishment. Been there 3 nights and not once did the housekeeping staff come. Great location to be near Cedar Point but for the price i would have expected a bit more. »
